The boards were recently updated to include a graduated membership system. What this means is that the higher your forum rank is, the more forums you will be allowed access to.
This system *should* only apply to new members that have signed up since the board was re-opened to new memberships again. However, there may be a hiccup or two, and some members that should have been grandfathered in to have access to all existing boards may experience some issues. If you are a long time member and notice you've lost any access, please PM me and I will resolve the issue ASAP.
