Apparently, the Members First asshats are still up to their old tricks. While going through a few older blog posts tonight on CapCon, some KMF fucktard posted AGAIN using the name "Darth Stateworker". They've done it quite a few times at this point, and it's always shit that anyone who knows me knows I wouldn't be saying - such as negative comments about NYUP that are just about as exceedingly negative (and full of rhetorical bullshit and conjecture) as the comments you'd see about NYUP from Linda Rea or that "Mike Browne" guy.
Keep in mind, as I've stated before: If the name isn't a link to my Facebook page on a CapCon post, it just might be fake.
PS: Whoever wrote that post - surely you'll read here, so I have a message for you as well:
Die in a fire.

I notice that the TU has banned their IP address from posting. It's nice to see they take impersonation seriously. Sad to see they don't take it seriously enough to tick the mark on the WordPress settings that would turn on user accounts!
Seriously, this is a checkmark on a setup screen. They could tick one checkbox and solve the problem forever, simply by forcing users to register for unique accounts. That they're too lazy to do so speaks volumes about the kind of operation they're running.
Personally I think that THEY think that if they don't require accounts, they'll have more people posting and get higher page and ad views. The truth is, the only people registration would drive away are the trolls. Do we really need those? One wonders.
The TU's website hasn't been structured very well in my opinion. It could be much more effective and foster much higher quality debate, IF that is, they wanted to take the high road.
Sigh...

I agree. User accounts would be the right solution.
